Shipping, returns and exchange policy



Shipping within 1 to 8 weeks from receipt of payment unless otherwise specified in product page. Shipping cost varies with the product and destination. For deliveries to countries not included in that list, please contact us at All costs of import taxes and/or customs procedures are borne by the Costumer.
Delivery shall be made to the address indicated under shipping address during the purchase process.Aparentment shall not be responsible for errors or damage caused when the delivery to the address provided by the Costumer is not the address desired by the Costumer in question.


The Costumer can proceed to cancel their order within 3 business days from confirmation of the order.
After aforementioned term has elapsed, the Costumer cannot cancel the order, notwithstanding the exercise of the Right to Withdraw that corresponds to the Costumer in accordance with that which is stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of having charged the Costumer by the time the cancellation is received, Aparentment shall refund the amount paid by the Buyer as soon as possible and, whatever the case, no later than thirty (30) days as of its cancellation.
Cancellations of a custom order must be made within 48 hours from confirmation of order.



According to the Spanish Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, if the Costumer considers that the product is not what they expected, the Costumer will be refunded with the total purchase cost but deducting the delivery expenses. Notice must be given to Aparentment by sending an email to within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their intact, original packaging and in as-new condition. The Costumer will take care of the return delivery costs, and a copy of the purchase receipt and product delivery note must be included inside the package. No returns accepted after the 14 (fourteen) calendar day period after delivery of the product unless otherwise stated in product page. Returns are only accepted in the sealed original packaging.

If package is damaged upon reception please note it on courier form. If product is damaged or defective please contact us at to manage replacement or fixing within 5 days of reception.
